How did I find her? I was browsing my business Facebook account then I added her as a friend. I just greeted her on her birthday and the rest was history.

My first purchase was LA Colors Auto Eyeliner, ELF Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner, and NYC Kohl Brow and Eyeliner. The whole transaction was very smooth and hassle free!  When the package was delivered, the items were neatly packed and sealed. My mom and I were satisfied with the products. All of them were new stocks. I was surprised! I got nice freebies too!How cool was that?!

Hearty Bacon, Chicken, & Veggies Soup

My hubby cooked this very hearty soup. All of us loved it! 

This is a very good meal for the rainy days. I would like to share this recipe with you--- a must try that the family will surely enjoy!

Here's how to do it.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp margarine or butter

10 pcs bacon strips, minced

2 pcs. chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
1 can kernel corn

1 big can all-purpose cream

2 big cans evaporated milk

3 pcs. chicken cubes

2 pcs. big carrots, cut into small cubes

2 pcs. big potatoes, cut into cubes

1 liter water 

white pepper and thyme (preferably McCormick Thyme) to taste

Procedure:

In a casserole or thick pan, melt the margarine or butter then fry the chicken and bacon until golden brown. Add carrots and potatoes, saute a little then add water and chicken cubes. Simmer until the vegetables are half-cooked. Add corn kernels. Lower down the fire, then add all purpose cream and milk. Season with white pepper and thyme according to your taste. Simmer until the vegetables are cooked.

Serve while it's hot! Best eaten with bread. :)

Easy Nachos/Taco Recipe

My eldest son requested Nachos for lunch! My husband and I haven't cooked it yet. We experimented and the outcome became a hit!

Ingredients:

1/2 kilo ground beef

1 cup water
1 big head white onion, minced
1 small cabbage, shredded
2 big tomatoes, minced
1 box nachos
1 pouch McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix

Pepper to taste

Cheez Whiz and mayonnaise for dressing

Grated cheddar cheese (Optional)

I prefer this brand because it is made from 100% pure corn.

Procedure:  

Boil ground beef in 1 cup of water. When the oil starts to form, put McCormick Taco Seasoning Mix, pepper to taste, and fry until the beef becomes golden brown. Set aside. 

          On a big plate, put nachos. Top with beef, onions, cabbage, and tomatoes. Drizzle with mayonnaise and Cheez Whiz. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese (OPTIONAL).
          You can use the filling for tacos also!

Chicken & Veggies in Barbecue Sauce

This recipe is very, very easy  to make, nutritious, and delicious. My sons love this.

Ingredients:
1/4 kilo chicken breasts cut into strips
1 big head broccoli, cut in small florets
1 big carrot, julienne
1 medium red bell pepper, julienne
1 medium green bell pepper, julienne
1 small pouch barbecue marinade (preferably Mama Sita's) 
1 tbsp oil
salt, pepper, sugar to taste (OPTIONAL)

Procedure:
Put the chicken strips in barbecue marinade for 10 minutes and simmer until the sauce is reduced. Stir fry veggies in oil and add the chicken. Add salt, sugar, and paper to taste (optional). Stir until the veggies are half cooked and coated with sauce.

Serve while hot. Best served as a rice topping.

The Prayer of Jabez Makes Wonders

 

The Prayer of Jabez by Bruce Wilkinson is one of my favorite books. It speaks of a prayer so simple but powerful, that it can change your perspective of the way you talk to God and ask for more  blessings, prosperity, guidance, and protection.

Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, ‘Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.’ And God granted his request” (1 Chronicles 4:9-10).

It says that we should ask God what we really want because if not, that gift/blessing will be kept wrapped in heaven. God will only give us something that we want.  

We should also pray for victory and prosperity in all our endeavors so that our life would be marked by increase.

Praying for God's guidance will give as a better direction and good decision-making while praying for HIS protection will keep us away from harm.

Try praying this everyday and you will see the difference.
