Turning Challenges into Milestones with Alaska NutriBuild 345

Posted on 05:08 by thinger
Raising pre-school-aged children can either be exciting or exhausting.  At age three to five, when they are at their most active, they try to explore and understand the world around them.  The key is to always be there for them, guide them, and take the opportunity to steer them towards discoveries that can benefit them.

Take healthy food choices as an example.  For some parents, meal time tends to become a battle zone since this is also the stage when children will either be more interested in playing or watching TV or will have preference on less nutritious foods like junk foods, sweets or sodas.   What every parent should keep in mind is that diet is one of the big factors contributing to a child’s growth.

Healthy eating can help even out your children’s moods to avoid them being too active or too energetic.  It also helps sharpen their minds as they go through this developmental stage.  “This is the stage when providing the right mix of brain and body building nutrients for the specific needs of children ages three to five years old is of utmost importance.  This constitutes to a holistic and integrated approach to child development,” shares Ms. Tiffany Santuyo, a registered Nutritionist-Dietician.

Recognizing the challenges of raising pre-school aged children and understanding the importance of ensuring they get the right kind and amount of nutrition during this developmental stage, Alaska NutriBuild 345, a nutrient-rich milk developed for children ages 3, 4, and 5, has introduced the Alaska NutriBuild 345 Nutriplate.

“The Alaska NutriBuild 345 Nutriplate follows the Food and Nutrition Research Institute’s (FNRI) food guide pyramid for children one to six years old,” explains Ms. Santuyo.  “This tool gives parents a visual representation of the right kind and amount of food, appropriate for their child’s age and needs, and which should be included in their meals. We wanted to guide the parents when it comes to their child’s nutritional requirement and at the same time, make it easy and appealing for parents,” she describes.

As parents, you do your best to make sure that you provide all that your child needs to support their development. Experts also recommend that parents need to watch out for certain markers as their children grow to check if their progression is on track.  Childhood experts call these markers as developmental milestones, which help measure a child’s growth in four primary areas of development that includes speech/language, cognitive/intellectual, social/emotional, and fine/gross motor skills.  These milestones may be as simple as assembling easy puzzles for a three-year-old or a four-year old capably using table utensil.  For five-year-olds, their achievements may include being able to walk on tiptoes or do broad jumps.

Simple as these may seem, developmental milestones play a huge part in your children’s growth.  These will help parents keep track of their child’s progress.

Alaska NutriBuild 345 is one with parents in ensuring that their children are provided with the nutritional requirements they most need for their growth and development.   It is packed with minerals that support the rapid demand for physical growth and endurance.  It also has FOS/Inulin that activates intestinal functions, assist in digestion and reduce the risk of constipation and diarrhea.  Alaska NutriBuild 345 also contains minerals that support rapid demands of physical growth and endurance, E.F.A. or Essential Fatty Acids that are essential for normal growth in body and brain development, and a mixture of Iron+Zinc+Iodine, which supports the development of brain functions.  It also has Choline and Taurine that help in the development of cognitive and memory functions and DHA/ARA that support healthy vision and cognitive development.  All of these are essential to support all the needs of your growing 3 to 5-year-olds in order for them to be mentally alert and be able to adjust to physical growth requirements.

Raising a pre-schooler can be challenging; but with the right knowledge and support of a product like Alaska NutriBuild 345, this stage can be exciting. So, when you see them run, skip, and ask questions, it would help if you indulge them, play with them, and explore the world with them. Experts say this is how children’s brains develop best as they naturally give themselves the right amount of challenge.  So allow them to explore and learn, and complement it with proper nutrition using the Alaska NutriBuild 345 Nutriplate guide and the right milk for their age, Alaska NutriBuild 345, para kayang ma-achieve ng mga anak ninyo ang  mga milestones.
