I found cooking hard boiled eggs very difficult before. Egg shells would crack or difficult to peel and egg yolks would turn undercooked.
I learned about Giselle "G" Tongi's way of doing it when she guested on Kris TV two years ago and from then on, boiling eggs is sweat and hassle free!

According to G, it should be as easy as three steps. She called it 555...
1 Put water on a casserole and place eggs slowly to avoid cracking.
*Note: I learned from a chef that adding a capful of vinegar to the water helps the proteins in the egg white coagulate faster, thus plugging the cracks in the egg shell in case the egg cracks. Vinegar also aids in peeling the egg shell much easier.
Make sure that the eggs are completely submerged then start boiling. When you see that the water is boiling already, cook the eggs for 5 more minutes.
2 Turn off the stove. Let the eggs stay in hot water for 5 minutes.
3 Remove eggs from hot water and submerge them in ice cold water for 5 minutes.
Voila! Perfect hard boiled eggs ready to serve!
