One of my son's favorite dishes is baked macaroni. We don't have a big oven. What I always do is to cook it through stove and it tastes as good as an oven-baked macaroni.
Here's how to do it.
Ingredients
2 tbsp margarine or butter
2 small cans Purefoods Corned Beef
1 bar Eden cheese, grated
1 big can Nestle Cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
400 g macaroni
750g Del Monte Sweet Style Spaghetti Sauce
750g water
Procedure
In a casserole or thick pan, melt margarine or butter then fry corned beef until golden brown.
Add the spaghetti sauce, half can Nestle Cream, half of grated cheese, sugar, salt, and water.
When it's already simmering, add the noodles. Lower down the fire and stir constantly until the noodles are cooked and the sauce has been reduced.
Cover the pan and if the mixture is almost dry, turn off the fire and spread the remaining Nestle Cream on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheese.
It's done when the cheese melts.

Optional:
*You may add other ingredients like mushrooms, hotdogs, basil leaves, etc. or you may add more sugar or salt depending on your preference.
*You may use an electric skillet if you have.
