Quick & Easy Arroz Cald-O by White King

Yesterday morning I woke up late and I had to rush in preparing our breakfast. I was fortunate to have White King Arroz Cald-O and boiled eggs on hand for a quick fix. 



Here's how to cook it.

Cooking Directions
(as seen on the packaging)

1. BOIL together 5 cups water and 1 pack (113 grams) White King Arroz Cald-O mix. Stir for 8-10 minutes or until rice is cooked.

2. SERVE. For extra special Arroz Cald-O, add hard-boiled egg, fried tofu, and precooked chicken strips. Serve with fish sauce (patis) and local lemon (kalamansi). Makes 5 bowls. 


My Version

I boiled the Arroz Cald-O mix in 7 cups of water because 5 cups was not enough to cook the rice. I served it with hard-boiled egg, kalamansi, and Earth Flavors Crunchy Garlic. I skipped in using fish sauce (patis) because the Arroz Cald-O's saltiness was just right.

Arroz Cald-O by White King tastes like the conventional homemade Arroz Caldo---hearty, delicious, and perfectly eaten anytime of the day.
